We’re the Community Health Charities of Nebraska Foundation, and we support life-saving research, programs and education to help all Nebraskans live better lives. You can help with your generous donation to the Community Health Charities of Nebraska Foundation. Your gift for health goes into a sustaining endowment fund as a promise to the future. Foundation grants go directly to our charities for programming, client assistance, research and special programs. Not one penny is used for operating expenses.

How can you help?

Through gifts to the CHC-NE Foundation, our member health charities could help someone you know. Your gift to the CHC-NE Foundation is truly a legacy of hope for future generations.

Our member charities work to prevent cerebral palsy in infants and Alzheimer's disease in adults.
They conduct research resulting in progress for men, women and children living with diabetes, lymphoma and arthritis.

They provide support to people infected with HIV.
They fund clinics to assist those afflicted with kidney disease and multiple sclerosis.
They educate citizens on diabetes and asthma.

The Foundation will support specific charity programs in these service areas:

• Research
• Public and Professional Education
• Patient and Community Services

The Endowment Committee will consider grant requests from CHC-NE member charities. All grants will go toward specific programs and services, and will not be used for fundraising or administrative costs.

Our health partners are dedicated to finding the causes, cures and treatments for diseases that affect someone you know.

The CHC-NE Foundation offers donors the opportunity for making charitable gifts that can be tailored to meet individual needs.

Some examples of planned gifts to the CHC-NE Foundation are bequests, life insurance, stocks, trusts, real estate, investment property and retirement plans. Contributions may also be made to the Foundation through outright gifts and memorials.

The Foundation recognizes the following giving categories:

Platinum Circle ($50,000 +)
Gold Circle ($10,000 - $49,999)
Silver Circle ($5,000-$9,999)
Bronze Circle ($1,000 - $4,999)
Friends Circle (Gifts up to $999)

Founder's Society

We honor those members of the CHC-NE Founder's Society who have made provisions for future gifts to the CHC-NE Foundation. If you would like to make a gift through wills, life insurance, trusts and other planned gifts, please contact Michelle Grossman.
